The Not-for-Profit Loan Program is a financing program offered by UCEDC, in partnership with the United Way of Greater Union County, to benefit United Way member agencies. The program provides funds to certified member agencies in need of short-term emergency financing. Eligible uses include cash flow deficiency for payroll expenses while awaiting allocation payments from grant sources. 

• Loan Amount: Up to three (3) months United Way allocation

• Rate: 7% fixed rate for the term of the loan

• Term: 120 day maximum term. Extensions of up to 30 days may be given.

• Repayment: Interest will be accrued and payable along with all outstanding principal at loan maturity.

• Fees: $50 application fee. No closing costs.

• Application: Simple, one page application form.

• Requirements: Guarantee required from the United Way for a certified member agency in good standing.
