UCEDC offers a wide range of financing programs by providing access to capital that may not be available elsewhere.

We can lend up to $35,000 to promising entrepreneurs and up to $100,000 to established businesses. We also coordinate loans with federal, state and other lending sources for businesses with larger capital needs.

Special loan program for new or existing childcare programs, including center-based, home-based and non-profit centers. Loans range from $500 to $150,000 and can be used for the purchase of educational supplies, furniture, playground equipment, fencing, etc.
